Lucas den Boer is FWO Postdoctoral Researcher at Ghent University. He has a PhD in Indian philosophy from Leiden University. His research interests centre on the history of Indian philosophy, with a particular focus on the social history of Indian thought in the first millennium CE. His current research project focuses on the role of Nālandā in the history of philosophy. He is the author of The Jaina Worldview: A Study and Translation of the Philosophical Chapters of the Tattvārthādhigama (Routledge, 2023)
